Matthew Hermann
During medical training, Matthew worked nights for extra money as a physician in the correctional system. Because he was working a normal job during the day, he needed something to get me to sleep in between calls, and fast.
The environment didn't help either. The call room was filthy, and he slept on a wafer-thin mattress with sheets all sorts of colors.
After practicing certain habits and techniques, he was able to work the next day. One major component was how I took sleep aids. Using what he originally took as inspiration, he decided to make POP sleep, an even better product to share with the world.
Even more than sharing a sleep aid, he want to share his mission to improve the lives of those incarcerated and rehabilitate people affected by the prison industrial complex.
